Jim Cramer on marijuana business Aphria and Tilray combining

The Canadian marijuana business will integrate in an all-stock offer that will produce the world’s most significant marijuana manufacturer. Aphria investors will hold 62% of the combined business, with the business paying a 23% premium over Tilray’s Tuesday closing rate. Tilray shares rose 30%, while Aphria shares leapt more than 8% in the premarket.
